their TOS? not so much.
As mitsuhachi mentioned above, there does seem to be a small but crucial difference in the FanLib TOS that makes it much more worrisome: that tricky little word "defend", which makes the individual user liable not only to a lawsuit-happy copyright holder but to FanLib itself. At least, that's the word from Fandom Laywers (http://community.livejournal.com/fandom_lawyers/34651.html) and I think I'll trust them on this one.
