Back when this began to hit the fan, debra_tabor put up an amusing poll about the issue.

Ah, of course! This is what happens when I read things too late at night.

I hear that FanLib isn't allowing fanfic of their IP, so you'd better not put it up. Then they might have to sue themselves, and you may end up paying both the prosecutors and the defense lawyers fees...
